My past is an important part of my life as it is anybody's and has shaped the person I am today. However there is no reason to dwell on it, the present and future matter the most. I in no way have a bad past and have a lovely home and wonderful family but in the past few years I've had quite a difficult time. Battling with depression and a severe lack of self-confidence and self-esteem. It hasn't been easy and sometimes I just felt like giving up! BUT I DIDN'T! Now I have the most amazing boyfriend, my life's back on track and my future a very bright, exciting one. There's no reason to live in the past anymore, those bad memories can't hurt me.
